Reporting to the Director of the Online MPH program, this position serves as a vital member of the School of Public Health and will work in collaboration with the Director of Online Programs at the School of Professional Studies. This position will serve as the primary administrator for the online Masters programs offered by the School of Public Health. The position also assists with managing student field placements in partnership with the Field Placement Coordinator for the online MPH program. In this role, the incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective students as well as faculty advisors. This position is responsible for managing internal and external processes related to the online programs, and understanding accreditation standards. The incumbent will provide operational and programmatic support for faculty, students, and staff directly related to online Master's programs. The incumbent will collaborate with academic leadership at SPH and SPS to support the management of the daily online program administrative workflow, including assistance with enrollment, marketing, curriculum planning, and policy & process development and implementation. They will be expected to provide methodological academic support and take a leading role in the development and implementation of methodological educational initiatives for the online program. The incumbent will supervise the Admissions Coordinator and Advising Coordinator.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in public health or related field plus 3 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education/experience.
Experience in higher education administration, preferred. Experience in a university setting, with student advising and with Banner software and/or other student tracking systems, database experience. Experience with Canvas or other learning management systems
