Volt has partnered with a global manufacturer in Houston, Texas to help identify a Program Admin Assistant for an immediate long term temp, possible temp to hire opening in Houston, TX.
As a Program Admin Assistant you would be responsible for:
- Supporting approximately 300-400 Field Personnel in the Domestic U.S. & Canada
- Supporting customer contracted Third Party Service reporting and compliance
- Setup & Update of Field Employees in customer Third-Party Service portals
- Recurring report setup, including customer survey / questionnaire completion in a timely basis
- Maintain compliance tracking along with data management, including proof of compliance to meet customer and third party requirements.
- Accountable to receive and process applicable invoices for Third-Party Service Portals
Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm.
Qualifications
- Experience handling confidential records and information.
- Strong computer literacy; Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word / Excel / Teams / SharePoint / PowerPoint) including experience with at least one electronic data management systems, i.e: OnBase; experience with converting documents such as Word to PDF format.
- Multi-tasking ability required.
- Must be able to perform tasks with promptness, timeliness and dependability.
Pay Rate: $28.50/hr
