Deliverables

• Safety - The team culture of Safety First is measured by:

Responsibilities

• Daily Safety Meeting
• Daily coordination of people, information, and materials
• Continuous improvement activities
• Team development (hiring, coaching, evaluating, training)
• Project management of process development projects
• Develop and maintain a production schedule for all orders (build to order & build to stock)
• Daily whiteboard meeting with Team Leads to prioritize people & materials
• Lead the Job Relations meeting with Team Leads

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience - ideally in welding and fabrication
• Manufacturing Engineering experience is a plus
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficient in production planning and scheduling
