Our Product Support Analyst is an initial contact for external customer inquiries or incidents. You may enlist Analyst II/III on certain call types to help troubleshoot and resolve incidents, which could include ownership transfer. The shift for this role is Monday through Friday 6:00 am CT to 3:00 pm CT.
