We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of HVAC equipment and supplies, ensuring that the organization has the necessary materials to operate efficiently and effectively. The HVAC Procurement Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to obtain the best possible prices and terms.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality HVAC equipment and supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing.
• Work closely with the operations teams to identify the equipment and supplies required for projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure that the organization has the necessary materials on hand to meet project requirements.
• Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.
• Manage Tracking of all incoming equipment, parts and supplies and relay to the operations team.
• Oversee Customer estimating and tracking approved or dismissed estimates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in procurement management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
