JOB DESCRIPTION
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Assist with machine set up
- Ensure the machine is running properly and efficiently at all times & follow production schedule
- Loading paper into machine and unloading paper from delivery section
- Inspect and examine product for quality
- Clear jams as needed
- Alert operator to any machine, safety, or material issues (monitor ink levels)
- Operate forklift to remove scape material
- Ability to meet production standards
- Record operational data on specified forms.
- Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person.
- Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.
- Learn all jobs/products performed within the department.
- Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures.
- Treat people with dignity and respect.
- Conduct all business with integrity.
- Adhere to Ali Industries/Rust-Oleum corporation quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide quality activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
