IDR is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to join one of our top gaming clients in a remote role. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and integration of core platform technologies for a global support platform.
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Principal Technical Product Manager:
- Define and drive a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our client's Global Player Support's Core Integration team
- Manage all customer and partner relationships, including game and platform teams that will integrate with our client's Global Player Support platform
- Manage the product team backlog, create a product roadmap, foster a culture of improvement, and facilitate development practices for the team
- Actively manage project scope and ensure alignment with our client's objectives
- Review and develop service-level agreements and goals with all core customers
Required Skills for Principal Technical Product Manager:
- 7+ years of gaming industry experience
- Excellent teamwork, team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of distributed systems, and service to service communication patterns
- Hands-on experience leading agile (scrum) teams
- Experience working collaboratively on a cross-discipline team
