Job Summary:
As a member of Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS), the Peer Supports Coordinator facilitates the implementation of recovery-oriented practices within ACCS and provides peer supervision, training, and consultation to Peer Support Staff on the Integrated Teams along with direct support to individuals who use ACCS services. The Peer Supports Coordinator contributes to Bay Cove's mission by ensuring that ACCS services are robustly recovery-oriented and that Peer Support Staff are competent in their partnering with Persons to reach their personal goals. This is a non-exempt position.
