What You'll Do:

• Process in-house payroll for 200+ employees accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll laws.
• Address employee payroll inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on reporting and audits.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of in-house payroll processing experience.
• Skills: Proficient with [specific payroll software, e.g., ADP, Paylocity], MS Excel, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and an excellent communicator.
