Where you come in:

• You'll maintain Maintenance Inventory Stock Room - ensure proper inventory.
  
• You'll manage RAM and Allied Inventory system counts and rotation of the stock items.
  
• You'll organize and Maintain Calibrated equipment inventory and scheduling of equipment due for Calibration swaps.
  
• You'll organize stock room and utilize square footage.
  
• You'll prepare parts as needed for projects and PM's, Assist Technicians and Engineers in procuring parts and supplies.
  
• You'll continually evaluate and improve stock availability.
  
• You'll maintain proper level of the spare parts and supplies in stock.
  
• You'll generate monthly inventory report and other activities reports in stock room.
  

• You'll perform parts sourcing and ordering, ensuring vendors are on approved supplier list.
  
• You'll perform receiving activities (opening boxes, checking packing slips, and noting discrepancies).
  
• You'll label inventories and storage locations, stocking of parts.
  
• You'll perform rebuilding of spares items such as pumps, valves, actuators, or other items as required to maintain needed spares. Must ensure compliance with Dexcom's and all procedures (Personal Safety, etc.) as required.
  
• You'll perform other duties as assigned.
  

What makes you successful:

• Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  
• Must have general computer skills
  
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents related to equipment specifications
  
• Ability to write routine reports, pass downs and correspondence
  
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, engineers and managers
  
• Knowledge of RAM, Agile i-Procurement, a plus

Travel Required:

• 5-15%
  

Experience and Education

• Typically requires 0- 2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  

Language Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;ability to write routine reports and correspondence;ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.

Physical Demands:

Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.

Work Environment:

Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts, work with chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light, fast-paced work, and elevated noise levels.
