The Opportunity:


Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for fitness? Do you excel at turning potential leads into loyal customers? As an Inside Sales Representative at iFIT, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales of our industry-leading NordicTrack and ProForm fitness equipment. What You'll Do:


- Drive Sales: Leverage your sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Engage with potential customers through inbound leads and referrals, and convert them into satisfied clients.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers. Understand their fitness needs, provide tailored recommendations on NordicTrack and ProForm products, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Master the Sales Process: Guide prospects from initial contact to successful closure. Demonstrate product features, handle objections, and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our fitness equipment.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in fitness and wellness, as well as competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and maintain our competitive edge.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals. Monitor your performance metrics, track sales activities, and adapt strategies to maximize results.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. Address any issues or follow-up needs promptly, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams. Share insights, participate in strategy sessions, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
