Baer is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management Lead 12-month Federal remote project.

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Lead client sessions to understand business requirements and guide them through the design of the Oracle Cloud Learning module.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and align them with Oracle Cloud Learning Management best practices.
• Ensure the solution adheres to Oracle's standard functionality while meeting client-specific needs.
• Oversee and mentor the functional team working on the Learning Management module, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Report on project status and provide regular updates to project management regarding progress, challenges, and risks.
• Ensure that deliverables are of high quality, functional accuracy is maintained, and deadlines are met.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Learning Management processes across the project, ensuring a seamless flow of information between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems.
• Evaluate functional accuracy of any customizations made to the Oracle Learning Management module.
• Assist in the timely resolution of functional issues and risks during the implementation process.
• Provide functional expertise to the testing team to support all testing activities, ensuring that all configurations and customizations meet the required business outcomes.
• Collaborate with the testing team to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that the system performs as expected.
• Assist in planning for the transition to production, including ensuring all necessary support materials and documentation are in place.
• Support the maintenance and tracking of project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
• Provide inputs on project schedules, resource allocation, and adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:.

• 3+ years of Business Process IT Alignment experience.
• 10+ years of Requirements Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of Functional Designs experience.
• 3+ years of Delivery Schedule Management experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
