Baer is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Lead 12-month Federal remote project.

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Lead prototype sessions and perform fit/gap analysis to assess the alignment of business needs with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management capabilities.
• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management solutions.
• Draft and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and solution architecture documentation.
• Provide functional guidance to the team, ensuring best practices are applied in the solution design.
• Perform hands-on Absence Management configuration within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, development, security) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support and oversee testing phases, ensuring that the Absence Management module meets client expectations.
• Identify, triage, and resolve issues and defects related to Absence Management modules.
• Support functional issue resolution and data conversion efforts.
• Lead or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any related issues.
• Develop training materials and provide knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Support client training and assist with documentation for end users, ensuring successful adoption of the solution.
• Support release management and deployment activities to ensure smooth implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management solutions.
• Lead a team of functional consultants, providing mentorship and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that deliverables are on track and within scope.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management experience.
• 10+ years of Requirements Analysis experience.
• 10+ years of Business Process IT Alignment experience.
• 7+ years of Functional Designs experience.
• 3+ years of Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) for Testing experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
