Operator I, Manufacturing/Assembly 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $16.50

This position is for 1st Shift Assembly working M-F 6:00 am - 2:30 pm in Millersburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure products are produced efficiently and meet strict quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient performance.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Accurately document production data and maintain detailed records as required.
• Collaborate with team members to identify standard methodologies and successfully implement process improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work 1st shift and overtime as needed.
