Weekend Days (6:00am - 6:30pm, Friday through Sunday, E/O Thursday)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the movement of products in and out of the Sterilization facilities. This position requires restacking of product and using a forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sometimes required to physically restack products on another pallet.
• Verification of products, lots and quantities via a sterilization control document
• The routing of products/pallets to the designated areas
• Inspection of products for damages
• Product lot verification via the HighJump Inventory Management system
• Complete JDE transactions
• Control the flow of pallets on the dock
• Loads outbound trailers.
• Ability to cross train various positions within the sterilization faculties
• Ensures all assigned duties are safely completed in a timely manner in accordance with department standards and following department procedures
• Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in GMPs
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Complete all Master Control and C2C training at the end of every month

Education Qualifications & Previous Experience

• High School education or equivalent

Professional Skills & Key Competencies

• Good verbal communication skills
• Must have good basic math skills
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• This position works on the warehouse floor
• The area is subject to wide temperature swings. It is hot in summer (no AC) and cold in winter (very limited heating)
• Ability to work at high-volume levels

Mathematical Skills

• Must have good basic math skills

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
