Your Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the collection, storage, and analysis of operational data within the organization. This role ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility while supporting decision-making processes through effective data management strategies

Location: Onsite- hybrid 3 days per week in St. Louis, MO office

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field and 1+ years of or experience working with data management and Microsoft Power BI.
Or
  • High school diploma and 3+ years of experience working with data management and Microsoft Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data architecture principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in data management and working in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of GMP requirements in a regulated industry.
  • Experience with data management tools and technologies (e.g., data warehouses, ETL processes)
  • Previous experience of data and reliability analysis.
  • Strong ability to lead, challenge and positively influence in an interactive team environment.
  • Demonstrated high performance history, proven ability to execute and get results.
  • Experienced delivering training to team members
