We are hiring an Office Experience Associate to greet, assist, and provide direction and information to internal/external customers in a positive, helpful way at our Indianapolis, IN location.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer the central telephone line, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person's visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
  • Receive mail, document, package, and deliver or distribute courier items.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the President and COO.
  • Manage outlook calendar for the President and COO, and create agendas for executive meetings.
  • Arrange travel and food/beverage accommodations for corporate training classes.
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and submit supply orders.
  • Assist accounting with vendor setup and check log approvals.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years successful professional administration with various responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, and excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical.
  • High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years administrative or customer service experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
