We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join a leading financial services firm serving clients in Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Fully on site in Rockville, MD

Compensation: $65K-$75K salary range based upon experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for external clients and internal team members.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with document preparation for meetings.
  • Set up client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Assist finance team with billing and collections, including generating invoices and tracking payments.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documents.
  • Provide backup support to Executive Assistant and Office Manager as needed.
  • Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating office events, and maintaining office equipment.
Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
