Job Description Summary
The Occupancy Planner/CAFM Data Analyst will be part of a team supporting the supply, capacity and demand of space within a client's portfolio. The role will include data integrity of CAD floor plans, day to day change requests, project space planning and solution development, project support including acting as client relationship manager and performing project coordination, and site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes and utilization metrics.
Job Description

Principle Responsibilities:
• Leverage your experience in occupancy planning, spatial data management, CAD/CAFM administration, space and occupancy data analytics and space utilization measurement to contribute to a client Global Real Estate team.
• Be a trusted advisor to the client's Portfolio Strategy team and be available to perform site surveys, floor plan audits, and site data collection efforts on an as-needed basis.
• Ensure compliance of client space data standards and act as trusted advisor for driving efficiency and consistency across their GRE data systems
• Maintain CAFM data that supports development of space allocation plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with various client lines of business to understand their requirements and the impacts to the portfolio
• Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy, Project Management, Facilities Management and other Global Real Estate team members to develop site occupancy options, finalize project concepts and present utilization data
• Provide a vital link between space management platform and industry best practices; introduce innovation to the account team/client.
• Make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings, and asset utilization

• Travel within designated region will be dependent on business needs, not to exceed 50%

Qualifications:
• BA/BS in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning, Project or Construction Management, etc.) and 5+ years of related work experience in a corporate environment.
• AutoCAD, Revit and CAFM proficiency required (IBM Tririga experience a plus)

• Experience with creating and populating Smartsheets preferred.

• Experience with Saltmine preferred, not required.

• Certifications are a plus, specifically PMP, NCIDQ, LEED, or WELL AP.
• Strong Excel and database management skills a must

• Proven communication skills - written and verbal.
• Strong client relationship management, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans at a high level.
• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a cross-functional
team. Strong client relationship management skills will be needed to succeed in this role.
