Job Description
OBGYN providers will:

• Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• M-F, with flexible shared call
• Block schedule for OR time
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians, advanced practice providers and hands on support from our certified nurse midwives.
• Responsibilities include evaluation and emergency management of patients in the OB-ED and L&D, attending deliveries, assisting in the care of the patients of community OBs, and assisting in surgical procedures

Company Description
Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System, and a leading provider of comprehensive care for womens services that are designed to provide quality, compassionate care from adolescence through menopause. We are looking for an OBGYN to join our well established outpatient clinic in Glen Burnie, MD and state of the art maternity center.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid Maryland medical license, or eligibility to obtain.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care, with excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
• Experience working with midwives a plus
