We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Litigation Paralegal/Legal Secretary to provide immediate support to a busy North County firm. This is an onsite role and is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced legal environment and is proficient in real estate litigation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize evidence, and prepare motions, trial exhibits, and appellate filings.
• Calendar and manage all court deadlines, adhering to State and Federal filing procedures.
• Draft legal documents (complaints, discovery) and file in State and Federal Courts.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Assist with trial preparation, ensuring documents and exhibits are in order.
• Maintain client communication and document management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal or legal secretary experience.
• Strong knowledge of court filings, calendaring, and litigation procedures.
• Knowledgeable of pulling title reports, maps, and deeds.
• Proficiency in MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Zoom.
