The NC (Non-Conformance) Coordinator is responsible for general support, documentation review, and managing of NCs owned by Manufacturing in partnership with the Quality and Tech Ops teams. This role will have the opportunity to lead or join Kaizen, PSP, projects, or other improvement initiatives.

This position is part of the MFG Production Support team and will be ONSITE in Lodi. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Responsible for maintaining and tracking manufacturing-owned NCs in all phases of the process
• Perform documentation review for NC-related lots
• Resolve any NC-related discrepancies or issues identified for the duration of the NC until it is closed (ad hoc tasks, qty discrepancy, MES, SAP, etc)

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma (or equivalent experience) and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a regulated industry (GMP, ISO, FDA).
• Proficiency in computer systems such as Word, Excel, SAP, Smartsolve and MES

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 1-2 years of Consumables and/or Robal/PAL MFG experience
• Previous quality role

The hourly range for this role is $20.00-$27.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
