Job Description

Shift:

Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay:

$12.56-$20.84/hr (based on experience)

A Day in the Life:

Key Responsibilities

• **Order Pulling:** Accurately and efficiently pull orders to meet customer requirements.
  
• **Packing:** Safely and securely pack products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  
• **Inventory Management:** Maintain strict inventory controls to ensure accurate stock levels.
  
• **Quality Assurance:** Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet our proven standards.
  
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to successfully implement process improvements and achieve departmental goals.
  
• **Safety Compliance:** Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
