Lead a key role in regional marketing across North America (NAM), driving growth in the Oncology & Endocrinology portfolios. This position focuses on defining product value, executing strategic initiatives, and achieving market penetration goals. Responsible for managing specific product lines, the Marketing Manager will effectively communicate the value of the Assay portfolio to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

This role requires a close collaboration with Global and NAM LD Marketing, Sales, Scientific & Clinical Affairs, and other cross-functional teams, and necessitates a deep understanding of the Dx market and customer segmentation. Expertise in commercial execution is essential for identifying market gaps and pain points and proposing enhancements to products and portfolios. Your role:

  • Define the go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio, including new biomarker launches, product improvements, and end-of-life timelines.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns, integrating pricing strategies, product positioning, customer targeting, and sales education to drive assay penetration, revenue, and profitability in the region.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of product portfolio and regional marketing activities against set KPIs.
  • Deploy targeted sales programs to accelerate pipeline velocity and address gaps in targeted segments and key accounts.
  • Analyze the competitive Dx landscape to identify key differentiators of the SHS portfolio and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing team to provide customer insights and collaborate on developing business cases to drive the assay portfolio strategy and prioritization of assay development resources to meet the needs of the NAM customer market.
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for sales and technical teams, provide marketing materials, lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers, develop and deliver customer presentations highlighting the clinical advantages of Dx assays.
  • Utilize strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of healthcare trends to drive success in this position.

Your expertise:

  • Minimum BA/BS degree with a focus on marketing and/or commercial execution excellence; MBA or MS preferred.
  • 5+ years for Marketing Manager (7+ years for Senior Marketing Manager) of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or sales in a laboratory setting; experience in Clinical Chemistry and/or Immunology preferred.
  • Results oriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time.
  • Ability to lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and sales organizations, partnering with various stakeholders to build consensus and achieve business results.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and deliver executive business case presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of creative problem solving and resolving customer needs.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven to quantify the impact of continuous improvement efforts on customer performance.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence beyond direct lines of control.
  • Expertise in utilizing advance sales tools for data analysis and managing customer relationships, using Power BI, CRM system, and SAP.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed.

The pay range for Marketing Manager is $125,000 to $171,000 U.S. dollars annually and the pay range for the Senior Marketing Manager level is $150,000 to $200,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
