Position Overview for the Marketing Coordinator:
Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for providing operational support for their rewards program. This role focuses on supporting, analyzing and auditing back-end data, addressing customer and field inquiries, and escalating platform issues as needed. It involves day-to-day administrative tasks without marketing, accounting, or billing responsibilities. There is potential for future coordination with marketing, sales, and product teams, so project coordination experience would be a plus.

Required Skills for the Marketing Coordinator:

  • Experience working with marketing/business data
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for creating and presenting materials.
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing administrative tasks like proposals and reports.
  • Proficient within Excel and Office Suite
