Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for a System Application Analyst that will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting a variety of manufacturing systems/applications. This person needs to have IT infrastructure knowledge to properly diagnose IT issues to escalate to the appropriate team. This role is directly response for troubleshooting and configuring systems and hardware devices. There will also be scripting responsibilities at times. This role will participate in some project work and will need to make sure there is a successful integration between IT and Operational Technology. If you have a background in supporting manufacturing systems and have a knack for scripting, then this is a great opportunity for you!

Required Skills:

• 5+ years' experience providing technical support
• Understanding of manufacturing systems/applications
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and configure software systems and hardware devices
• Needs to have infrastructure knowledge including networking protocols and LAN/WAN)
• Strong knowledge of IOT
• Must have coding/scripting skills
• Understanding of Linux operating systems
• Must be able to perform under pressure

Desired Skills:

• Aerospace and defense industry experience
• Familiar with Metrology systems
• Scripting skills with Python and/or PL/SQL
