As the Manager of Financial Services Revenue Optimization, you will be a key part of the Financial Services organization supporting all products of the group and reporting to the Director, Financial Services Business Operations. You will demonstrate operational excellence in creating and streamlining processes to operate the suite of products in the Financial Services Group - including running weekly business operations cadences to monitor product performance and create action plans to address gaps in meeting the financial plan.

Job Description:

Your day-to -day

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for identifying, understanding, tracking, and explaining the operational and financial KPIs of the FS products, as well as the various components that drive them.
  • Provide the FS commercial team with visibility into the performance of the operational KPIs of the FS products, including insights into the drivers of the underlying trends, and recommendations on how to improve them.
  • Gain a solid understanding of the various initiatives that are being planned and executed, as well as their expected impact to each product's P&L.
  • Give guidance to the commercial team on the initiatives that are being planned, ensuring that all operational dependencies have been considered and impact of each initiative is accurately calculated and maximized.
  • Be in close communication with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with:
    • Product, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to understand the work they are delivering and how it may impact the FS products
    • Finance, with whom you will collaborate on translating the operational metrics into financial plans and forecasts
    • Business Insights to ensure alignment on KPI performance and the development of targets during the planning process
    • Analytics to help drive dashboard improvements and to generate actionable insights

What you need to bring:
  • A BA/BS degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in a data-driven business/revenue operations role
  • At least 8+ years experience in a Finance role
  • Analytical thinking with fluency in Excel and visualization tools
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate analytical trends
  • Solid finance background with experience in navigating data and financial models
  • You are outspoken and enjoy leading meetings and contributing to conversations
  • You enjoy taking initiative and have a proactive mindset
  • Collaborative nature and excited work with several teams to deliver against shared objectives
  • You are highly flexible, and able to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
$82500 to $187990
