Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician. Candidates MUST be comfortable working 3rd shift.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Knowledge of VFD's, PLC's, HMI interfaces Highly desired. Installation and adjustments of such required.
• Ability to do fabrication work a Plus! Welding, erecting, creating.
• Ability to run manual Mill, Lathe, Surface grinder desired but not necessary.
• Inspect, maintain and repair electrical, mechanic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and machinery to be in proper working order.
• Analyze, problem solve and think strategically to solve equipment issues and find the root cause by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Disassemble and re-assemble machinery and/or equipment, using power and hand tools.
• Controlling downtime with preventive maintenance and by communicating with staff.
• Implementing contingency strategies, based on data and measurable information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary
• Must be able to work in a wet environment
• Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be comfortable working a 3rd shift!
