Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (1st shift) for their manufacturing facility in Denver, CO.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment
- Direct management of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant location
- Manage maintenance department to ensure on-time production and delivery
- Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency
- Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years of Maintenance Leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing plant
- Electrical control panel Experience
- CMMS Experience
- HVAC experience
- PLC Troubleshooting (Mechanical/Electrical)
