RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Olathe, KS.Summary:The Lead QA Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role involves developing test strategies and working closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.Responsibilities:- Lead QA Analyst will develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and design test strategies
- Execute manual tests to ensure product quality
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and work with development teams to implement corrective actions
- As a Lead QA Analyst, you will ensure that all QA activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and best practices
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in quality assurance
- Prepare and present QA reports and metrics to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual testing
- Proficiency in using QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Experience with automated regression testing is a nice to have
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
