Seeking a SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to join our Information Security team and grow our suite of Identity & Access Management (IAM) applications as well as maintain and build our IAM environment with change control, security, and scalability in mind. You will serve as an internal IAM subject matter expert on implementation, management, and industry best practices. As our Sailpoint IdentityNow Engineer, you'll provide architecture, integrations, and automation for Sailpoint, Okta, and other IAM tools and processes.
• Provide input to the IAM roadmap as it pertains to our current solution technologies (e.g., SailPoint), as well as future technologies, and align priorities to support the roadmap realization.
• Provide engineering solutions to the identity governance administration program, specifically familiar with SailPoint features (provisioning, certifications, password management, access requests, separation of duties) and related processes (joiner/mover/leaver, periodic access reviews), offering subject matter expertise where relevant
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
• Understand complex business and information technology management processes
Skills & Requirements
Top Skills / Requirements
• 5+ years of of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityNow design, implementation and operations support in large, complex, enterprise environment
• Must possess knowledge and experience with Oracle Identity Manager
• Must possess strong hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD
• Must possess strong experience with IAM solutions in a cloud environment (AWS)
• Strong Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas: SSO, MFA, Resource Provisioning, RBAC, Access Request and Certification
• Scripting knowledge with Bash, PowerShell, Python strongly preferred
• Exceptional verbal / written communication skills - excellent interpersonal skills required
Highly Preferred Skills
• Demonstrable knowledge of current technologies in authentication, federation, and identity management space, such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, U2F/UAF/FIDO2, HOTP, TOTP
• Experience in Java & Beanshell programming to develop SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations
