Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for scientific research and a strong interest in laboratory operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support a cutting-edge laboratory and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and setup of laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Support ongoing projects through data collection, recording, and analysis.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Perform routine laboratory tasks such as sterilizing equipment, preparing samples, and assisting with experiments.
• Follow established protocols and maintain accurate records of procedures and results.
• Work closely with senior researchers to support experimental workflows and data analysis.
• Assist with the maintenance of laboratory inventory, ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field (preferred).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Technical Skills: Experienced in basic laboratory techniques and equipment (e.g., pipetting, microscopy, etc.).
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Safety Conscious: Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and compliant workspace.

• Experience working in a laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
