Job Description:
My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated K12 Project Manager to oversee construction projects for educational facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee K12 construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on K12 construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
