Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team in Boston, MA. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you! Previous Manufacturing or Distribution experience is needed. THIS IS A FULLY ONSITE POSITION!

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

• Create and send invoices
  
• Assist in applying payments and managing cash sales
  
• Handle rebates and work with the sales team to resolve any short payments
  

Accounts Payable:

• Process freight invoices
  
• Assist with W-9/Certificate of Insurance
  
• Reconcile bank accounts
  

Invoicing:

• Manage invoicing and transmission to customers
  
• Provide support to retail operations
  
• Handle Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BS Degree Preferred
• Previous Manufacturing or Distribution Experience
• Ability To Work Independently and With Team
• Experience Using Quick Books
• Strong Multi Task Experience
• 3+ Years In Accounting: AP/AR & Invoice/ Billing
• Must Be Willing To Work Onsite
• Ambitious and Attention To Detail
• Looking for " Go Getter " Attitude
