BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Systems Analyst Specialist for an opportunity in Remote!

Job Type: FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY, [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]
Pay Range: [$45.00] - [$51.00]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:

• Strong SQL and/or Access database skills
• Experience in State Fee Schedules.
• Knowledge of various reimbursement types.

Job Description:
Position Overview: This is a Contract to Hire position open to remote candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and/or Access database skills, along with experience in State Fee Schedules. Knowledge of various reimbursement types is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Management: Lead the requirements management efforts for projects, taking full ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and understand key stakeholders; initiate and facilitate meetings and discussions to gather software requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, requestors, operations, business representatives, IT teams, and clients to ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
• Documentation: Produce detailed project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, and other materials as needed, adhering to standard templates.
• Timely Execution: Meet deadlines and manage work to ensure project timelines are adhered to.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support the organization's quality programs.
• Travel as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a computer science-related field.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of third-party administration and claims management business and technology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Initiative-driven and self-motivated.
