We are partnered with an Engineering firm in the search of an IT Support Technician to join a national team to support the NorCal team This role involves ensuring seamless operation of computer systems, networks, and applications

Locations: Sacramento

Type: Direct Hire (no contract period)

Travel: 25% - Flexibility to travel to 2 other NorCal locations (accommodations provided)

This role involves ensuring seamless operation of computer systems, networks, and applications. You will collaborate with various teams to address IT issues and provide timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create software images and troubleshoot PC issues.
• Install and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with network repairs and provide regular updates.
• Log and track support requests using an ITSM platform.
• Provide training and technical assistance to users.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of desktop support experience.
• AutoCAD, MacOS, PowerShell, SCCM
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel.
