IDR is seeking a IT Project Analyst for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. This is a 2 month remote contract role. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake, triage, and overall management of IT infrastructure requests using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.

• Communicate effectively with assignment teams, customers, and stakeholders regarding project status updates.

• Serve as a liaison between internal IT divisions and business proponents, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.

• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives, leveraging group facilitation, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and experience i IT or Business management or Associates Degree with 2 years of technical experience.
• 2 years of experience with IT infrastructure projects including Server, telecom, Network. Data center migration, and refreshes.
• Familiarity of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
• Experience within a hospital setting that has 24x7 patient care
