A day in the life.

As our IT Operations Specialist on the MMA IT Platform Services team, you'll be the go-to person for Level 2 technical issue escalations. You'll use your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime. You'll also manage Big Panda alerts, promptly address any critical issues, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve them. Monitoring and coordinating responses to system monitoring and error-logging events will be key to your role. You'll closely monitor these events, ensuring timely actions are taken to maintain system integrity.

Regarding system maintenance, you'll manage the server certificate for the eMMA application. This includes ensuring certificates' validity and proper configuration to maintain secure communication. You'll also manage server access requests and permissions, ensuring authorized personnel have access while maintaining security protocols. As part of system maintenance, you'll be responsible for remediating obsolete components in the eMMA-ATOM system, ensuring that the application remains up-to-date and efficient. Password management will be another aspect of your role, involving securing passwords for AIX systems and service accounts.

You'll play a crucial role in compliance by managing Globalscape job processes and ensuring that file transfers are executed securely and in compliance with relevant regulations. Access management for Kiteworks, a file-sharing and collaboration platform, will also be your responsibility. You'll ensure that access permissions are properly granted and revoked as needed. ImageRight storage management will be part of your compliance duties, ensuring that data is stored securely and in compliance with data protection regulations. Coordinating content shipments within the ImageRight system will also be part of your role, ensuring that data is transferred accurately and securely.

You'll be involved in Qualsys remediation, focusing on deployment and patch management strategy, governance, and execution. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a secure and up-to-date system. Handling firewall rules requests will be part of your migration support responsibilities, ensuring network security while allowing necessary access. CSR24 transfer job management will also be part of your role, ensuring smooth and secure data transfer between systems. You'll be responsible for building eMMA application servers, ensuring they are properly configured and meet the required specifications. Additionally, you'll provide QuickBooks support for MMA East, assisting with any software-related technical issues. Managing IVANS downloads on the server side will also be part of your migration support duties, ensuring that data transfers are executed accurately and securely. Lastly, you'll be responsible for transferring databases, such as Sagitta backup, Sagitta individual files larger than 2 GB, Epic, ACE Extract, etc., to support test cycles and regional migrations. Your attention to detail and adherence to data protection protocols will be crucial in ensuring the integrity of the transferred data.

In this role, you'll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, compliance, and migration of our IT systems. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining their stability and reliability.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $ 81,000 to $ 121,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
