As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.
Essential Functions
- Interns will learn about all aspects of marketing and communications work
- Our interns work on real-world projects that range from developing new products and managing corporate initiatives to designing content to promote the FedEx brand.
- Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
- Participates in various networking and/or community service events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional description
- The position will be in the Digital Experience and Go to Market Marketing team based in LAC HQ
- The position will be responsible to implement global go to markets in LAC division by setting: strategic approach, audience identification, channel selection, communication materials development and result measurements.
- For this position following skills are required:
- Fluent English and Spanish written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales, Pricing and Customer Experience teams
- Project base agency management
- Thorough organization and project management skills.
Requirement: Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week program, starting June 2nd, 2025.
Minimum EducationCurrently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Degree: Currently enrolled in aBachelor's degree program such as Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, User Experience & Interaction Design, Master of Design, Anthropology, Design Methods, Creative Design, Human Computer Interaction, Advertising, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Communications or other related major.
Minimum experienceNo experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to work productively and proactively, both independently and as a part of a team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.
Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
