RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integration Specialist in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:- Integration Specialist will work closely with all internal and external constituents to successfully onboard the Financial Advisors (and team)
- Become expert in our account opening process, contact management, advisory platform, account transfer forms to maximize the FA and client satisfaction
- Pre-plan for on-site visit with assigned Transition Consultant, Financial Advisor and their teams for readiness and preparation to maximize account transfer process unique to FA's book of business
- As an Integration Specialist, you will follow our proven processes for consistency in the FA and client onboarding experience
- Assist in the platform training to FAs and their staff so they can become proficient and self-sufficient with our technology
- Maintain and monitor transition tracking and reporting metrics daily
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in Brokerage and Client Services/Operations
- General understanding of securities regulations and operations
- Strong demonstrated focus on providing exemplary client service; Excellent intra-personal skills and proficiencies with written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills required
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Able to organize work with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize the work to manage business priorities
- Able to follow a defined process
- Able to work well independently and as a part of a team
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Exudes excellent interpersonal skills
- Understands how and when to exercise discretion with confidential matters
- Able to express ideas clearly and concisely
- Driven to learn with a willingness to grow
- Someone with strong client orientation
- Travel Required- 25-50%
- Familiarity with financial systems a plus (i.e., CRM systems, Financial Planning tools, Performance Reporting)
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong independent decision-making and problem solving
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
