Job Description:

As an Infrastructure Engineering Consultant, you will:

• Consult on Complex Initiatives: Provide expertise on large-scale planning and complex initiatives within Infrastructure Engineering.
• Analyze and Resolve Challenges: Review and address multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term Infrastructure Engineering challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.
• Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with client personnel to resolve complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced ML Techniques: Utilize advanced machine learning techniques and tools to build, train, and deploy predictive models for observability, change, and performance of application and infrastructure data.
• Data Pipeline Management: Develop and optimize data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data for analysis.
• ML Model Optimization: Create and refine ML models to drive strategic outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and cross-train team members, staying updated on the latest ML advancements and contributing to continuous improvement of ML capabilities.
• Collaboration and Influence: Demonstrate strong collaboration, organizational, and influencing skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
