Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Incident Response Lead:

  • Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Lead a virtual team of Incident Response participants during active incidents, guiding responders on the appropriate steps to investigate and resolve computer security events.
  • Conduct forensic investigations, including physical and logical disk analysis and memory examinations.
  • Offer technical expertise to ensure the accurate collection, analysis, and presentation of digital evidence to both business and legal audiences


Required Skills for Incident Response Lead:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Management, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Incident Response
  • Expert understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS/Android)
  • Expert understanding of network architecture and security infrastructure placement
