Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and training. This role is vital in shaping and maintaining a positive, productive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, keeping up to date with changes in employment regulations
Lead performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans
Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and open enrollment activities
Develop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote growth
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actions to improve HR practices and employee retention
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and foster a culture of respect and collaboration
Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate record-keeping and data management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
