Role: HRIS Systems Analyst
Position Type: Full Time
Location: Bend - Onsite
Annual Salary: $70K to 90K per year DOE and Education
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HRIS Systems Analyst to join our client's Human Resources team. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, and providing valuable insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a thorough understanding of HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• HRIS Management: Administer and maintain the HRIS, including system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting. Ensure the HRIS is functioning optimally and meets the needs of the HR department.
• Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making processes. Create and maintain dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR operations.
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend enhancements to streamline HR processes. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and new functionalities.
• User Support: Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other users of the HRIS. Address and resolve system-related issues and queries in a timely manner.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data. Perform regular data audits and implement data validation processes to maintain data integrity.
• Compliance: Stay current with HRIS-related regulations and best practices. Ensure the HRIS complies with applicable laws and industry standards.
• Project Management: Participate in or lead HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems. Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation related to HRIS processes, procedures, and user guides. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and knowledge of HR processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation and reporting.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.
Work Environment:
• Full-time position with the possibility of remote work or hybrid work arrangements based on company policies.
• Some travel may be required for training or project-related activities.
