Position Details:

Job Title: Bilingual HR Support Specialist

Hours: 25-30 hours per week

Pay: $23-24.50 per hour, DOE

Location: Portland Metro Area
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
- Ability to prioritize workloads and work independently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with all onboarding and pre-screening activities
- Manage HR projects for the team
- Coordinate meetings, handle data entry, and track project deadlines
- Provide support as needed for other managers
