Job Title: HR Service Center Representative (Temporary - Asking for coverage through May 2025)

Position Overview:
Beacon Hill's client are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Service Center Representative to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave in our HR Service Center. This hybrid role will be responsible for providing excellent HR support to employees across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and high-quality HR support across multiple HR functions, ensuring adherence to HR compliance and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees at all levels within the organization.
- Manage HR operations and assist in the contact center, ensuring efficient handling of HR inquiries and issues.
- Lead and manage HR projects with attention to detail and focus on successful outcomes.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Prioritize and multitask effectively while working independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborate with team members to teach and learn HR best practices.
- Utilize various HR systems simultaneously, demonstrating strong technical skills and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, with exposure to a range of HR functions and interactions across different levels of the workforce.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on HR compliance.
- Experience in HR Operations and/or an HR contact center.
- Proven customer service skills with a dedication to a positive employee experience.
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage initiatives.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using multiple HR systems.
