What you will do:
The HR Generalist Intern will work on a variety of HR projects that include recruiting, process improvement, data gathering and analysis, and performance management. There is room to advance for a high-performing, high-potential individual.
What you will need (qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field strongly preferred
- Experience in construction or another blue-collar business preferred
- Possessing HR experience preferred
- Strong computer skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
