About the Job:
- Provide hospitality, maintain reception and equipment, and greet guests.
- Field calls and transfer to appropriate staff; Act as a point of contact for vendors.
- Update a tracker using various records and report on the status.
- Handle meeting scheduling, calendaring, catering, and preparation.
- Administer the performance management, monitor phases, and encourage completion.
- Complete additional special projects and tasks as needed.
About You:
- 2+ years of relevant administrative or office experience is required; HR experience is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Tech savvy; Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Highly professional with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
About the Position:
- $24/hr-$25/hr, while temporary.
- $55k-$57k, when permanent.
- Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
