Head of Identity and Workplace Services Security (US-Remote) - Help Shape the Future of Automotive Technology Security

As the Head of Identity and Workplace Services Security reporting to our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you'll lead the charge in securing our digital identity landscape and collaboration environment. You'll drive our security strategy while protecting thousands of team members, applications, and automotive industry partners worldwide.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities [What You'll Do]:

• Shape Security Strategy: Lead the development and execution of our identity and workplace services security roadmap, partnering with technology and business teams to drive innovation while maintaining robust security.
• Build and Lead High-Impact Teams: Guide a talented security team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in identity and access management.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Architect and implement cutting-edge IAM, PAM, and IGA solutions across our hybrid cloud environment, ensuring seamless and secure access for all users.
• Transform Collaboration Security: Secure our Microsoft 365 environment, enabling productive and protected digital workplace collaboration.
• Automate and Innovate: Design and implement automated solutions for user lifecycle management, secrets management, and security monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience [Your Expertise]:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of identity and access management experience, including 3+ years leading security operations teams
• Deep expertise in securing Microsoft 365 environments and implementing privileged access management in hybrid cloud architectures
• Strong track record implementing modern IGA tools and automating user lifecycle management
• Experience partnering with product teams on secrets management for secure application development

Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
