Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a team of professionals in a Workday HCM environment.
  • 8+ years experience using Workday HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Security, and Integrations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical and business requirements, providing guidance and solutions.
  • Experience with Workday release management and testing protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
